Rules
BASIC
♥ I do not paint recasted dolls.
♥ I uphold the right to cancel services before or while heads are in my possesion due to life situations. If heads are with me I will send them back to the owner immediately, with faceup or not. I will not charge the owner anything in that case. I do not refund shipping costs.
♥ I do not send pictures of work in progress unless asking. I send two pictures in process of painting, one is before the last layer of sealant and glossing, the second picture after finishing faceup.
♥ In case that, god forbid, your doll is damaged in my possesion I will refund the costs of repair or repair it myself on my expence.
♥ I receive the payment after the work is done and approved.
♥ If there is an inability to pay for my services, I will hold your doll until the full payment is made.
♥ I do not accept requests for any changes in faceup in case you may have any reservations to my work that is actually fully done, unless it's my obvious mistake!!
STYLE
♥ I feel comfortable doing natural, sweet, girly faceups, but I enjoy doing these more colorful or womanly as well. For male sculpts I usually add some realistic touch, like skin texture and more lifelike blushing. I like doing some fantasy characters with face tattoos or ornaments too. Also I will paint petdolls or these with unusual sculpt with the pleasure :) Generally, I don’t mind trying something different, as far as it’s in agreement with my style.
♥ Please note that I have my own unique style and I won’t copy other artists’ styles. If you commission me I understand you accept my style and trust in my faceup skills.
♥ Please don’t ask me to copy my previous works or other artists’ faceups. I won’t do that.
♥ I will try to follow your idea and wishes as best as I can, and do my best to meet your expectations, however I can’t ensure perfect accuracy.
♥ You have to keep in mind that my work is not perfectly symmetrical, what is impossible to reach.
♥ Also take a note due to my faceups are all handmade work it isn’t perfect. Sometimes it has slight imperfections or dusts etc. However I do care to remove them carefully and it's usually not noticeable.
ORDERING AND COMMISSION FORM
♥ Please follow my blog, Facebook fanpage or Flickr profile to keep updated when I open my slots again.
♥ To get a slot you need to send me applying message at an exact day and hour, about what I always inform some time before opening. Use my 'Contact' section and enter your name, nickname, location and what doll would you like me to paint. I always provide a certain number of slots available and until the list is full I will close again. I am very sorry, but people who will send me their entry after my list is full will have to try their luck next time. I really wish I could paint your beautiful dolls for all of you, but it takes time and unfortunately I'm not able to work over my abilities.
♥ There is one slot per person, however one slot is up for two heads.
♥ I will not accept the entries that are sent before the fixed time.
♥ When filling out my commission form, please invest some time and try to describe your idea as precisely as you can. It’s welcomed to provide some reference pictures with examples of colouring, expression and main impression. It’s just to make my understanding of your vision easier.

PREPARING THE DOLL
♥ Please remove the old faceup before sending the head out. If you won’t do it or do it not properly enough I charge 10$ for cleaning it myself.
♥ I offer free eyelashes application if you provide your own. I do not provide eyelashes for now.
♥ I would strongly recommend to add a face cover so the faceups don’t get damaged while shipping back to you.
♥ I am not responsible for any stains, sanding marks, other blemishes that I find under the old faceup and I am unable to remove.
♥ Please, make sure you wrap and protect your items properly, I cannot supply any extra bubble wrap or boxes when shipping back.
OTHER
♥ Despite of the estimated processing time that's given above, there may occure some delays, due to bad weather or other life situations being beyond my control. In case there will be longer delay coming I will inform you and we will discuss the situation.
♥ However it is your responsibility to follow my blog or Facebook fanpage to be updated about any minor delays.
♥ I uphold the right to use the pictures of my finished faceup in my portfolio, Facebook page, Flickr profile, Instagram, forum galleries and prints.
♥ I will inform you once the head arrives to my place as well as once it's shipped back to you.
♥ I am not responsible for the faceup since it left my hands. It is delicate handmade work, please handle the painted head with special care. Avoid touching it with your bare fingers, wetting it or exposing for mechanical damage. Also the environment in which you storage your doll is important, try to avoid excessive humidity, too high or low temperatures , longlasting sun exposure, all these factors may affect the longevity of the faceup or directly cause its damage.
Shipping:
Shipping/insurance costs are the responsibility of the owner both ways.
Shipping price depends on your location, PM me and i'll calculate it for you.
I am not responsible for any loss or damage happened during shipping,
though I always do my best to pack the items carefully.
I accept payments on PayPal only.
