If you managed to get a slot in my Faceup Studio, please proceed the following instructions!
Firstly, you would need to wait for my confirmation that I'm ready to receive your dolls' heads. I don't receive all heads at the same time, I will ask the owners to send me their dolls in the order of the list as the process of painting is progressing.
When your turn will come I will notice you by email with all the information about shipping and then we will discuss your commission form.
Please DO NOT send me the commission form at once you get a slot. It makes me confused later. You may prepare your commission form earlier, but please, send it to me just when I ask you about it.
Please inform me if you are located outside the European Union area. It's important because of customs taxes that may be charged for your package. It is better not to mark the value or choose an insurance, but in case you will decide to do that, you must know, that I am not responsible for any costs resulted from customs clearance.
When you got my email with information that I'm actually ready to receive your dolls, please send me the commission form and ship out your dolls' heads for the address you will be given. Please, make sure you wrap and protect your items properly.
You may add eyelashes for your
doll, applaying them it's free in my offer. I do not supply eyelashes for now. Please provide the face cover for each head!! Especially if you want me to apply lashes.

Actually I receive a couple of heads at the same time so the commission time is around 10-60 days.
Payment is required after the work is
done. You need to add the cost of shipping as well and 4% of the total amount for covering the Paypal fees.
